Service scope

AI-SmartPrompts provides prompt discovery and generation tools. Features may change as the product evolves.

Account and usage

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Usage limits may apply by plan tier.
• Abusive or automated misuse may result in suspension.

Content responsibility

You are responsible for how generated output is used. AI-SmartPrompts does not guarantee fitness for legal, medical, or financial decisions.

Third-party systems

AI-SmartPrompts relies on external services, including Firebase, RevenueCat, and AdMob. Availability may depend on those providers.

Age restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use AI-SmartPrompts. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Subscription pricing

AI-SmartPrompts Pro is available as a monthly subscription at $4.99/month or an annual subscription at $29.99/year. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance through the app or app store listing.

Auto-renewal terms

Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The renewal price will be the same as the original subscription price unless you are notified of a price change in advance.

Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refund policy

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly to request a refund for your subscription purchase.

Content generated by the Prompt Builder is produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately. AI-SmartPrompts does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

AI-SmartPrompts is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, USA.
