Overview
AI-SmartPrompts provides a prompt library and prompt-building tools. This policy explains what data may be processed and how it is handled.
Data we process
- Account authentication data through Firebase Authentication.
- Prompt input submitted to backend functions for generation.
- Usage counters required to enforce free and pro plan limits.
Third-party services
- Firebase (auth, firestore, cloud functions, app integrity).
- RevenueCat for subscription entitlement state.
- Google AdMob for ad delivery.
Security controls
- Server-side authorization checks on protected endpoints.
- App Check verification path for accepted app requests.
- Rate limiting and quota controls to reduce abuse.
OpenAI disclosure
When you use the Prompt Builder feature, your input is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI may process this data according to their own privacy policy. We do not store the raw prompts or responses beyond what is needed to deliver the service.
AdMob disclosure
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization and measurement. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings. For more information, see Google's advertising privacy policy.
Data retention
We retain your account data and usage information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
Your choices
You can request account-related support by emailing the team. If platform features permit deletion or reset, follow in-app settings or contact support.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
AI-SmartPrompts is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. California residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:
- Right to know: You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to delete: You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to opt-out of sale: We do not sell your personal information. If this changes, we will provide a clear opt-out mechanism.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the following applies:

Auto-renewal terms
AI-SmartPrompts Pro is available via auto-renewing subscriptions. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play Store).
